I bring more than a decade of experience in healthcare and specialist recruitment to Gorilla Jobs UK. As General Manager, I lead the team day to day and work closely with dental practices to understand what they need, not just on paper, but in culture, pace and long-term fit.

My focus is on matching exceptional people with roles where they can genuinely thrive. That means honest conversations with candidates about career direction, and transparent updates for clients throughout the search. Outside of work you'll usually find me out on a weekend walk, flat white in hand, plotting the next team outing or catching up with clients over a proper conversation rather than a rushed email.
