Jem was fantastic throughout the process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and introduced me to a practice that was a great fit for my preferences and what I wanted from a practice. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with regular follow-ups and support at every stage. The whole experience felt very personalised, and I’d highly recommend Jem to anyone looking for a dental role.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when using a dental recruitment agency and felt a little apprehensive initially, but any concerns that I had disappeared as soon as I had my first phone call with Jem. He was friendly, professional and so helpful from the very start and throughout the entire process. He was quick to respond to any queries I had and kept in touch regularly to ensure I was happy with how everything was progressing. The whole experience was really positive and I cannot recommend Jem highly enough. A brilliant service from start to finish - thank you!

I had an excellent experience working with Jem throughout my job search. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand my skills, career goals, and what I was really looking for in a role—not just placing me anywhere, but finding the right fit. Communication was consistent and transparent at every stage. He kept me informed, offered helpful advice before interviews, and provided valuable feedback afterward. What stood out most was their genuine support and professionalism—he was approachable, responsive, and clearly invested in my success. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to secure a role that aligns perfectly with my goals. I’d highly recommend Jem!

  • We had an excellent experience working with Jem. He took the time to understand our requirements and provided a strong selection of well-vetted candidates, making the recruitment process efficient and straightforward. We successfully filled the position with one of his candidates, and his support continued after placement, ensuring all documentation was completed promptly. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout. We would highly recommend Gorilla jobs for dental recruitment in Manchester and northwest England.

I have had an excellent experience working with Jem, who helped me secure a locum associate position very promptly. Communication was clear, efficient and well organised throughout the process. I really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled and would highly recommend their services to other dentists seeking both locum and permanent opportunities.

Jem has been a great support to Au Dental. Jem listens to the needs of each practice and has made visits to our practices so he can give 1st hand experience of the practice when seeking the right candidates to send for an interview. Jem will always follow up with candidates and me as the hiring manager. If you are looking to add a new Recruitment consultant to your list Jem is the guy to add. Jem has sought some great candidates for Au Dental in such a short space of time, I look forward to continuing to work with him as our group expands.
